that he just got into a fight at his father's house and now

him that he needed to take this matter up with the day

Caller reported a stray cat in her yard since yesterday. She

claims the cat is very skinny and starving.  She did say she

fed the cat twice and now wants the cat removed.  I

explained that it is probably owned by someone in the

neighborhood.  She was insistent that it was not.  I told

her to stop feeding it and let me know if it is still around

and he will transport the animal to Concord for testing.

information. Located subject that stuck the vehicle, he was

unaware that he had damaged the vehicle but provided a

statement advising he would pay for the damage.

Resident /tenant called to report that as he arrived home

this morning, his landlord /sister-in-law cut the power and

/or removed appliances from within the home.  Complainant

did provide this agency with a copy of a Notice of Hearing /

Temporary Order issued by the 10th Circuit Court for

in-house records.  I was informed that the Methuen Ma, PD

had retained a copy of the order to be served on the

defendant.  I requested Rockingham Dispatch inquire if

service was made.  I was advised that the defendant had not

been served.  Complainant requested that his complaint be

documented for his records.

Spoke with former resident in reference to the property

located at 16 Whitman Dr.  I was advised that she has not

been served with a copy of a hearing notice issued by the

10th Circuit - District Division - Brentwood Court.  She did

admit that she cut the power cord to the refrigerator this

morning before abandoning the property and relinquishing

ownership over to the bank.  I advised her that the language

in the Temporary Order does state that she is restrained

from damaging property in which the plaintiff has legal

interest and furthermore that it also states the defendant

is ordered to immediately restore and maintain all utility

services.  I advised her to go to the court house in the am

so that she can be served a copy of the Temporary Order /

Notice of Hearing.  Nothing further.

which I did provide.  She stated that she would

like the opportunity to meet with me with her daughter and her

husband s that I could help them convey to her the

importance of not being physically abusive.  I agreed.

males walking out on a trail. They had been shooting several

hundred feet into the woods behind the residence in a safe

location with a mounded dirt backstop. Checked their IDs and

advised them of the complaint. I was told they had verbal

permission from the property owner,

I made contact with resident regarding his three legged cat

that I picked up earlier in the day.  After having a

discussion regarding the cat he agreed to surrender it. He

also agreed to surrender two other cats and five kittens. As

I loaded up the animals the mother to the five kittens could

not be found.  We agreed he will hold the kittens until

tomorrow and I will take all six of them at the same time. 

The kittens are only three weeks old and can not be

separated from the mother as of yet. I transported the two

he surrendered to the NHSPCA. Surrender paperwork was signed

and we will meet tomorrow at 1830hrs so I can collect the

remaining six cats.

Upon arrival I could hear two dogs barking repeatedly from

the residence.  I drove down the long driveway to the house

and found two large lab type dogs loose in the yard barking

excessively. No one was home.  I was able to make contact

with the owner by phone. She was about 10 minutes away.  I

agreed to wait. I left the driveway and waited out on the

street. When she arrived it was made clear that she is not

to leave the dogs out when she is not home.

Resident called to discuss complaint I just handled for

Brentwood. Spoke to both her and the original complainant,

they began going back to a long history of their problems

with the neighbor. I stopped them and advised them  I was

only covering emergencies for Brentwood, and for them to

take this up with Brentwood PD when they were clear.

Cpl Allore called me to advise he had been told two male

juveniles dressed in black were seen on Copp Drive, and

there was graffiti painted on the road, called believed they

were probably responsible. Upon my arrival Cpl Allore was

out with two male juveniles dressed all in black near the

fire pond. They denied any involvement. I checked their

fingers for spray paint but found none. I explained to them

the consequences if they were caught in the act of

vandalism. They continued to protest their innocence.

Requested by the above's family to check his residence due

to him not showing up at his mother's wake this evening.

Also informed that he has had mental issues and possibly

suicidal. In addition I was informed that he is a retired

State Trooper and possesses firearms at the residence.

Checked the residence to find all doors secured and no

answer to continuous knocking. Due to the nature of the call

I notified 240 who responded to the residence. The above

finally came out of the residence and requested that we

leave his property. Party was quite hostile towards 240 and

I, and we cleared with no further action.

for about 15 minutes with one occupant in car.  Checked and

found to be visiting nurse entering notes on her laptop

Received a report of a possible 10-19 from Rt. 125 in

Kingston en-route possibly to Fremont. Dispatch advised call

was 9 Minutes old, and the vehicle was registered out of

Fremont. Made contact with the operator at his residence on

Main St. in Fremont. Negative 10-19, but operator did advise

he had been heading home from work and was tired. Nothing

further.
