Resident /tenant called to report that as he arrived home this morning, his landlord /sister-in-law cut the power and /or removed appliances from within the home. Complainant did provide this agency with a copy of a Notice of Hearing / Temporary Order issued by the 10th Circuit Court for in-house records. I was informed that the Methuen Ma, PD had retained a copy of the order to be served on the defendant. I requested Rockingham Dispatch inquire if service was made. I was advised that the defendant had not been served. Complainant requested that his complaint be documented for his records.

Spoke with former resident in reference to the property located at 16 Whitman Dr. I was advised that she has not been served with a copy of a hearing notice issued by the 10th Circuit - District Division - Brentwood Court. She did admit that she cut the power cord to the refrigerator this morning before abandoning the property and relinquishing ownership over to the bank. I advised her that the language in the Temporary Order does state that she is restrained from damaging property in which the plaintiff has legal interest and furthermore that it also states the defendant is ordered to immediately restore and maintain all utility services. I advised her to go to the court house in the am so that she can be served a copy of the Temporary Order / Notice of Hearing. Nothing further.

I made contact with resident regarding his three legged cat that I picked up earlier in the day. After having a discussion regarding the cat he agreed to surrender it. He also agreed to surrender two other cats and five kittens. As I loaded up the animals the mother to the five kittens could not be found. We agreed he will hold the kittens until tomorrow and I will take all six of them at the same time. The kittens are only three weeks old and can not be separated from the mother as of yet. I transported the two he surrendered to the NHSPCA. Surrender paperwork was signed and we will meet tomorrow at 1830hrs so I can collect the remaining six cats.

I drove down the long driveway to the house and found two large lab type dogs loose in the yard barking excessively. No one was home. I was able to make contact with the owner by phone. She was about 10 minutes away. I agreed to wait. I left the driveway and waited out on the street. When she arrived it was made clear that she is not to leave the dogs out when she is not home.

Cpl Allore called me to advise he had been told two male juveniles dressed in black were seen on Copp Drive, and there was graffiti painted on the road, called believed they were probably responsible. Upon my arrival Cpl Allore was out with two male juveniles dressed all in black near the fire pond. They denied any involvement. I checked their fingers for spray paint but found none. I explained to them the consequences if they were caught in the act of vandalism. They continued to protest their innocence.

Received a report of a possible 10-19 from Rt. 125 in Kingston en-route possibly to Fremont. Dispatch advised call was 9 Minutes old, and the vehicle was registered out of Fremont. Made contact with the operator at his residence on Main St. in Fremont. Negative 10-19, but operator did advise he had been heading home from work and was tired. Nothing further.
